CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin — the classic sleep-and-recovery pair

What's normal, and what isn't

Most of what people notice is expected and passes on its own. Knowing which is which up front is the whole point of this list.

Expected — no action needed
cjc 1295
  • A warm flush through your face and chest, sometimes with a tingle or a flushed-red look
Starts within a few minutes of the injection and is gone inside 5–20 minutes. Usually fades over the first couple of weeks as you get used to it.
The growth-hormone pulse briefly widens blood vessels near the skin. It is the most-reported effect on this class and it is not an allergic reaction.
  • Vivid dreams or deeper, heavier sleep
First one to two weeks, then it settles.
The pulse this drives naturally happens in deep sleep, so it tends to deepen it.
  • A dull ache or head-rush feeling right after the shot
    Minutes, not hours.
  • Tingling or mild numbness in the hands
Comes and goes in the first few weeks. Tell us if it persists past a month.
  • Redness or a small itchy lump at the injection site
Hours. Rotate sites and it stays minor.
ipamorelin
  • A brief warm flush, sometimes with light-headedness
Within minutes of the injection, gone inside 5–20 minutes.
Same mechanism as CJC-1295 — a short vasodilation as the pulse fires. Ipamorelin is the more selective of the pair and usually the milder one.
  • A hungry, empty-stomach feeling shortly after dosing
20–60 minutes. It is dose-related and settles as you adjust.
  • Deeper sleep and more vivid dreams
    First one to two weeks.
  • Mild headache
The first few doses, usually with dehydration in the mix.
