What this platform is (and is not)
The platform is a technology and administrative service. We build the software, coordinate logistics, and connect you with independent, licensed healthcare providers and licensed pharmacies. We are not a medical group, we do not practice medicine or pharmacy, and no employee of the platform will ever diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Every clinical decision — including declining to prescribe — belongs to the independent licensed provider reviewing your case. Every prescription is filled by a licensed pharmacy, not by us.
Not for emergencies
The platform is not designed for urgent or emergency care. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Eligibility and honesty
You must be 18 or older and complete identity verification before prescription items ship. You agree to answer intake questions truthfully and completely — provider decisions depend on what you tell them, and withheld information can make treatment unsafe.
Memberships and billing
The membership is a recurring monthly plan billed to the household card on file until canceled; perks apply while active. Product purchases for prescription items place a hold that is only captured when a provider approves — a denial releases the hold in full. Referral credits apply to membership fees, shipping, and non-prescription items only.
State availability
Product and service availability varies by state based on provider licensure and pharmacy rules. The checkout tells you before any charge if an item is unavailable where you live.
Refunds
Denied prescription requests are never charged. Compounded medications are made for you and cannot be restocked; once compounding begins, those items are non-refundable except where required by law or when we or the pharmacy made an error. Unopened non-prescription items may be returned within 30 days.
Affiliate links and third parties
Some outbound links (for example, travel and injection gear) are affiliate links that may earn the platform a commission at no cost to you. Third-party products and services are governed by their own terms.
