Privacy & HIPAA Notice

Version 2026-08-23-draft

DRAFT — pending counsel review

This document is a working draft and will be finalized with healthcare privacy counsel before public launch. A full Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP) will be published here.

The short version

Your health information is used to provide your care, to run the platform, and for nothing gratuitous. We do not sell your health information. Your household members never see your clinical records — household is a billing arrangement only.

How your data is protected (mechanics, not promises)

Your name, date of birth, and address live in an isolated, encrypted vault table, separate from all clinical records. When artificial intelligence translates your lab results, it receives only numbers, your sex, and an age range under a random ID — never your name or contact information. Every time a provider opens your chart or a document you shared, that access is logged and visible in your record.

What we collect

Account details, intake answers, lab results you order or share, dosing and check-in logs you create, wearable data you connect, family history and genetic results you choose to add, and payment records (card numbers are held by the payment processor, never by us).

Who sees what

Your provider sees your clinical record. The pharmacy sees your prescription and shipping details. A partner clinic you buy through sees your order for pickup — never your chart. Vendors we use (labs, ID verification, payments) receive only the data needed for their function, under agreements that restrict further use.

Text messages and your mobile information

If you give us your mobile number you may receive texts about your account, orders and care — message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop them or HELP for help. Opting out of texts never affects your care or your ability to use the platform. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, and we do not sell your mobile number to anyone. Any sharing of phone numbers with service providers is strictly limited to what is required to deliver the messages you asked for.

Your choices

You can download your documents anytime, request a copy or correction of your records, disconnect integrations, and delete optional data (family history, genetic results) from your account. Sharing medical records with your provider is always optional — share only what helps.
